¿Who are we?


Inmigracion Puerto Rico is the trade name of the immigration department of Colon Serrano Zambrana, LLC, a law firm founded by Fernando Zambrana O. Aviles, an immigration attorney experienced in hundreds of cases of immigrant visas, fiancé visas, deportation, and others, with offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Our goal is to provide legal services to U.S. Citizens and immigrants in various types of applications and cases before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, as well before as other agencies and courts.  It does not matter where you live as we are authorized to practice immigration law across the 50 states and territories of the United States.
Over the years , Mr. Zambrana Aviles has helped hundreds of individuals and families achieve their dream of living and working in the United States. His career is not only limited to immigration issues, as it has distinguished itself in other branches of the law , as is the law of bankruptcy and criminal defense cases, among others.

How does it work?

You always have the option of scheduling a consultation, which can be done by phone or through a visit “in person” to our offices. The consultation will provide you with more detail of the legal alternatives to handle your immigration case, and we will make an offer of services with a quote that includes costs and attorney fees.
